The following individuals are prohibited from using the Platform: persons under 21 years of age; individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from ufu777 or any affiliated platform; employees of ufu777, its affiliates, and their immediate family members; individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal; and persons who have self-excluded through responsible gaming programs.

You must immediately notify ufu777 customer support if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account. ufu777 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to Your failure to maintain credential security.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: allowing any third party to access or use Your Account; transferring, selling, or assigning Your Account to another person; using Your Account for any commercial purpose other than personal entertainment; and using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
You may deposit Funds into Your Account using any of the payment methods supported by the Platform, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, as well as e-wallet services such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 50,000). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday-Friday) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to process. ufu777 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.
You may withdraw Funds from Your Account at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 100,000). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3-5 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in Your own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Deposits from joint accounts are not permitted unless You are the primary account holder and can provide documentation proving ownership. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
ufu777 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, Your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if Your bank converts IDR transactions to another currency.
Processing Times: Bank transfers within the same institution (e.g., BCA to BCA) typically clear instantly during banking hours. Inter-bank transfers may take 5-15 minutes. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion.
ufu777 may offer various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, You agree to comply with all applicable terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Validity periods cannot be extended.
All sports bets are accepted subject to these Terms and the specific rules governing each sport and bet type. Bet settlement is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. The ufu777 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ufu777. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from ufu777.
While ufu777 strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted service, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ufu777 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, virus-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice. ufu777 is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ufu777 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from Your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to You for any claims arising from Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Funds deposited into Your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

In the event of termination, ufu777 will refund any legitimate remaining Funds in Your Account, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to ufu777.
Upon termination, Your license to use the Platform immediately ceases. You must not attempt to access the Platform or create new Accounts following termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and dispute resolution clauses.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using the Platform, You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for any disputes arising from these Terms or Your use of the Platform.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or Your use of the Platform, You agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ufu777 customer support. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings. You agree to resolve all disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law, except for disputes relating to intellectual property rights or violations of these Terms, which may be brought in Indonesian courts.
To the extent permitted by law, You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ufu777.
